Originally a blend designed for a roasting competition down in Charleston, Carolina Sunrise (aka Competition Blend #5) is a blend of natural Ethiopian beans and washed Guatemalan coffees with a third wave (light) roast profile. After releasing the initial left overs to family and friends, the coffee has become so popular we are excited to release it to all of our coffee loving fans!
What taste notes to expect: Bright acidity, vibrantly sweet fruit notes, and a crisp finish.
