Burundi Africa relies on Coffee to for over 80% of their export earnings but often that revenue does not translate to its citizens.  Six years ago on a trip to Burundi Africa, we met Ben and Kristy Carlson of Long Miles Coffee Project.  They moved to Burundi with two small sons with one goal in mind: to transform Burundi specialty coffee and change the lives of coffee workers.  After building a washing station, pruning, and harvesting, they are able to be an independent part of Burundian society and help in exporting amazing coffee.
